Carpenter- Finish

Pac Build, a leading luxury home builder on Kauaʻi, is seeking experienced Carpenters with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for fine craftsmanship. From intricate trim work to high-end interior finishes, this role requires precision, pride, and dedication to quality at every stage of construction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform finish and trim carpentry to exact specifications
• Measure, cut, and install crown molding, baseboards, cabinets, staircases, doors, and more
• Work with premium materials and custom design details
• Collaborate with project managers and carpenters to exceed client expectations
• Troubleshoot and repair as needed while maintaining safety standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience (or relevant training/apprenticeship)
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and detailed plans
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Must supply own tools
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
