ON-CALL RN CASE MANAGER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Grand Junction CO 81506 – 100% On-site
• • (Travel within Mesa and Garfield County)
• Payrate: $56.14/hr
• Required Availability: On-Call Only | Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM | 40 hours per week

ON-CALL RN CASE MANAGER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The On-Call RN Case Manager will manage weekend on-call responsibilities, ensuring patients and families receive the highest quality of care and support during critical times.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
