Neurosurgery Opening in Little Rock, AR - Visa EligibleLocated in Little Rock, ARFull Time; PermanentEmployedH1/J1 Visa Assistance Overview:* Recruiting board-eligible or board-certified neurosurgeons to join a high-volume neurosurgery practice serving Central Arkansas* This opportunity spans three hospitals across the region: Little Rock, North Little Rock, and Conway.* An 850-bed tertiary care center, designated as both a Stroke Center of Excellence and a Spine Center of Excellence.* Supported by North Little Rock (225 beds) and Conway (120 beds; opened in 2016).* Metro area population of 900,000 with a combined referral base of more than 2,000,000.* Neurosurgery group includes four neurosurgeons and three dedicated neurointerventionalists specializing in stroke and vascular malformations.* Integrated team structure provides comprehensive cranial, vascular, and spine coverage across the system.* Thousands of neurosurgical cases performed annually, including:Complex skull base surgery for tumor, acoustic neuroma, Chiari decompression, and transsphenoidal pituitary surgeryCerebrovascular procedures including aneurysm clipping, cavernomas, and AVM management with endovascular supportPrimary and metastatic CNS tumor resectionSpine deformity, tumors, and degenerative conditionsCranial and spine trauma* Equipped with state-of-the-art technologies including neuronavigation, minimally invasive and robot-assisted platforms (Mazor X), O-arm technology, advanced 3T/functional MRI, comprehensive intraoperative neuromonitoring systems, and Storz microscopes and endoscopes.* Access to advanced neurosurgical technology and infrastructure* Strong referral base across Arkansas and neighboring states--- Comp/Benefits Info:* A competitive base salary with RVU and Quality Bonus opportunity.* Participation in a 403 (b) qualified retirement plan and a 457 non-qualified retirement plan.* Malpractice, CME, Licensure fees, health, dental, life, disability, and other shared plans.--- Little Rock, AR:* The Little Rock/North Little Rock metropolitan population is approximately 950,000 with a service draw area of over 1,000,000* Located in Central Arkansas with access to many outdoor activities as well as cultural experiences* Easy to understand why Arkansas is called the Natural State from the many rivers, lakes, parks, hiking trails and camping sites readily available and in close proximity* Little Rock boasts the Little Rock Zoo, Arkansas Arts Center, Arkansas Symphony, The Repertory Theater and The William J.
