Orthopedic position in northwest Illinois available for immediate hire or for those still in training. You will practice in a smaller community with an excellent work/life balance. 99 bed, independent, community hospital with an employed physician model. $715,000-$935,000 salary plus production-based bonus potential.  General Orthopedics with emphasis in Total Joints.  Experience in Anterior Approach Hip Replacement Preferred.  Mako Robotics Onsite.  Busy Practice - 250-450 Surgical Cases Per Year Potential.  Open to Sub-Specialty Experience with 20-30% Maximum Sub-Specialty Potential.  1:3 call.  Current Staff - 2 MDs, 2 PAs.  Excellent work-life balance.
