Job Description:
URGENT DATES: June 4th 7am to June 11th 7PM, June 15th 7am to June 22nd 7am, June 29th 7am to July 9th 7PM.
We are seeking 1 or 2 Obstetrics and Gynecology providers to work in a clinic 3 to 4 days per week. Clinic hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with patient appointments starting at 8:00 AM. The position involves providing prenatal care and handling GYN and OB cases.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements, including a completed background check and drug screen, to People Services as part of provider onboarding. Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing.

Please be aware that facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval processes. All such fees are the responsibility of the vendor and must be satisfied to proceed with any assignment.
