As Store Manager, you’ll set the tone for our store culture, inspire your crew, and keep operations running smoothly.

We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced food service environment, knows how to bring out the best in people, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make sure every customer walks out smiling. Baking experience is a bonus (and we’ll teach you plenty along the way!), but what matters most is your ability to lead with confidence, personality, and hustle.

What You’ll Do:

• Create an amazing in-store experience for every customer.
• Lead daily operations with high standards in service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, and develop an engaged, high-performing team.
• Keep the store stocked and efficient with smart inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company processes.
• Drive results through scheduling, coaching, and hands-on leadership.
• Celebrate wins and motivate your team to do their best work every shift.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in the food service industry.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with both staff and customers.
• A problem-solver who can think on their feet.
• Organized and detail-oriented, without losing the fun factor.
• Committed to teamwork, accountability, and running a successful store.
• At least 20 years old and available five days a week, Monday–Saturday (we’re closed Sundays!).

Perks & Pay:

• Competitive salary: $40,000–$50,000 base, depending on experience.
• Bonus opportunities — target total compensation: $45,000–$60,000.
