As a Carpenter with Findorff, you'll use wood and other materials to build, repair, and install structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct or repair building structures using a variety of tools and machinery
- Measure, cut or shape wood, plastic, drywall and other materials
- Follow building plans
- Install exterior finishes
- Build and set forms for footings, walls, slabs, columns, and decks
- Frame interior walls, cabinets and stairs
Skills & Qualifications:
- Have a high level of physical fitness and stamina
- Solid math skills
- Can work under strict deadlines
- Understand building plans and instructions
- Have good hand-eye coordination
- Are comfortable working from heights
- Can work as a team with other trades
- Can communicate well
- Are willing to work in extreme weather conditions
