Barback *SEASONAL*

Step into the holiday spirit at our fast-paced, high-volume pop-up bar, SleighShed! Known for our festive cocktails and lively atmosphere, we deliver a one-of-a-kind experience. We're looking for hardworking and reliable barbacks to help keep the bar running smoothly during this busy season.

As a Barback, you will be the backbone of the bar team, ensuring that bartenders have everything they need to serve guests quickly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for restocking supplies, cleaning and maintaining an organized bar area. This is the ideal role for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is eager to support a busy team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders by restocking glassware, garnishes, ice and alcohol
• Keep bar area clean, organized and free of clutter
• Buss bar top and bar tables
• Assist with keg changes, bottle restocking and maintaining bar's inventory
• Perform basic bar setup and breakdown duties before and after service
• Help bartenders with any additional tasks to keep service running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bar back or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy items such as kegs and boxes of supplies
• Available to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and move swiftly through a crowded environment
