Now Hiring Production Operators – Day & Evening Shifts Available!
Penmac Staffing is currently recruiting Production Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity in California, MO. This position offers weekly pay, health benefits starting immediately, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with potential for overtime. Both day and evening shifts are available.
Pay & Schedule:
- Day Shift: $17.00/hour | 7:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
- Evening Shift: $18.00/hour | 2:30 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.
- Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed.
Requirements for Production Operators:
- Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours.
- Must be able to lift 35+ lbs.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks such as standing, lifting, twisting, and using hands throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is helpful but not required.
Production Operator Responsibilities:
- Trim and slice food products using knives or scissors.
- Arrange products into consumer packaging.
- Operate vacuum packaging machines, including loading and unloading.
