Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries
• Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and initiate appropriate treatment plans
• Stabilize patients in life-threatening situations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters
• Adhere to best practices and protocols in emergency medicine

Additional Information

• Must have an active Mississippi medical license
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine required
