Assignment Highlights:

• Location: Elmsford, NY
• Setting: On-Site Occupational Health Clinic (Industrial / Manufacturing)
• Contract Type: Locum Tenens
• Schedule: Wednesdays & Fridays | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Dates: Nov 26, Nov 28, Dec 3, Dec 5, Dec 10, Dec 12, Dec 17, Dec 19, Dec 24 (9 total shifts)
• Patient Population: Adults Only (Employee Population)
• Environment: Modern facility with on-site lab and triage resources
• Support: RN, MA, and Occupational Health Administrator
• EMR: Proprietary occupational health system designed for efficiency

Clinical Scope & Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up for work-related injuries and illnesses
• Conduct pre-employment, return-to-work, and annual physicals
• Administer vaccinations, drug screens, and wellness counseling
• Collaborate with safety and HR teams on workplace health initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, HIPAA)
• Focus on prevention, safety, and evidence-based patient management

Candidate Requirements:

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted New York PA License
• Certifications: BLS required; DOT/FMCSA preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of occupational medicine, urgent care, or primary care
• DEA: Active and unrestricted
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously
