Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate, field, and operational positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview strategies, and recruitment plans.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring teams through the selection process.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the application process and onboarding.
- Track recruiting metrics and report on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding, offer letters, and background checks.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Partner Role:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or high-volume setting.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Proven ability to manage multiple openings across departments and locations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, construction, real estate, or other service-driven industries.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools, recruiting analytics, and employment law.
