Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate, field, and operational positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview strategies, and recruitment plans.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring teams through the selection process.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the application process and onboarding.
  • Track recruiting metrics and report on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate with HR on onboarding, offer letters, and background checks.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies as a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Partner Role:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or high-volume setting.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple openings across departments and locations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, construction, real estate, or other service-driven industries.
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools, recruiting analytics, and employment law.
