Service Staff

On behalf of its client, a well-established and fast-growing brand in the food & beverage industry, LMW is seeking experienced and customer-oriented Service Staff to join their store teams in the centre of Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and ice cream in line with the company's quality standards
• Operate POS systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store
• Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers
• Support daily store operations and teamwork initiatives

Requirements

• 2–3 years of working experience in a similar service or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages will be considered an asset
• Professional appearance and flexibility in working hours (including weekends/shifts)
• Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
