Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual or automated CNC machines efficiently.
• Run multiple machines simultaneously when required.
• Set up secondary operation machines for tooling, deburring, drilling, and etching.
• Operate bandsaws, welders, and graphite installation equipment.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping, productivity, and inspection records.
• Request maintenance for workstation as needed.
• Manufacture parts to blueprint specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNC lathe turning machine experience, including uploading, downloading, editing, minor programming, and maintenance.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to follow directions.
• Hardworking, reliable, and committed to good attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for entire shift.

Equipment Used

CNC machines, hand tools, bandsaws, welders, and graphite installation equipment.
