Junior Associate Attorney, Personal Injury/Complex Litigation

Overview:

• Assist lead attorneys in all aspects of complex personal injury litigation
  
• Conduct legal research, draft complaints, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
  
• Manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism
  
• Collaborate with experts, investigators, and other professionals on case strategy
  
• Support case development in fire damage litigation, including fact-gathering and evidence analysis
  

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in California
  
• 2–3 years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side personal injury
  
• Prior exposure to complex tort cases, including fire-related property loss, is strongly preferred
  
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
  
• Passion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals and their families
