Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm a busy lady with a bunch of pets and ADHD. I'm looking for more of a housekeeper versus just a cleaner - someone to help me get organized, help with cleaning, and even meal prepping. It will likely be a very front loaded job to get the house up to par and then we both maintain it. I have cleaners for deep cleaning, but happy to replace them with the right person. I have many pets. You are not expected to do their care beyond the litter box, and honestly, that's negotiable. If you'd like to add pet care, that's great, but not expected.
