As an Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician, you’ll be the steady hand that keeps our Baltimore, MD facility running. Your day blends problem-solving with hands-on work—inspecting, maintaining, and repairing the machines that power our production.
A Day in the LifeYou start by walking the floor, listening for unusual sounds, checking vibration, and scanning for wear. You’ll plan and execute preventive maintenance on motors, pumps, and overhead cranes, then shift seamlessly into troubleshooting when a mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issue arises. Throughout the day, you’ll log accurate records of work performed, collaborate with teammates to boost reliability, uphold strict safety protocols, keep your area organized, and jump in on new equipment installations when needed.
What You’ll Handle- Regular inspections of machinery to catch issues early
- Preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment (motors, pumps, overhead cranes)
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Detailed documentation of maintenance activities and repairs
- Team-based reliability improvements and performance tuning
- Safety-first work practices and a clean, orderly workspace
- Assisting with equipment installs as the operation grows
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree/certification in industrial maintenance preferred)
- Proven experience in an industrial maintenance technician or closely related role
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and read schematics
- Sharp troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and on-call as needed
