Sales Producer

Sales and client acquisition: Prospecting for new clients through leads, networking, and referrals; presenting and selling insurance policies (life, health, property, etc.); and meeting sales goals.

Needs assessment and consultation: Evaluating a client's specific needs and recommending the most appropriate insurance products.

Client and policy management: Administering insurance policies from inception to renewal, processing policy changes, and managing client issues.

Customer service: Acting as a point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries and complaints, and providing ongoing support and follow-up.

Claims processing: Assisting clients with the claims process and ensuring the authenticity of claims.

Administrative tasks: Maintaining detailed records of sales, creating reports, and managing client files.
