What You’ll Do

• Manually load and unload freight within a temperature-controlled warehouse and at other locations as directed
• Stack and store merchandise efficiently in assigned areas
• Pick orders and assemble a range of items for outbound shipments
• Verify counts and inspect freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation
• Support warehouse security and operate with a safety-first mindset
• Label, sort, wrap, pack, and repack as needed
• Participate in physical inventory counts when required
• Maintain housekeeping standards; keep work areas clean and orderly
• Follow OSHA requirements and all company safety procedures
• Take on additional tasks as assigned

Schedule & Work Style

• Work independently with strong attention to detail and deadline focus
• Adapt to a varied schedule, including weekends and early mornings
• Work overtime, evenings, or weekends as authorized to complete work or attend meetings
• Use basic computer tools to support daily tasks (tools and technology required: computer)

Physical Demands

• Operate in spaces with 55 inches of headroom
• Comfort working in -15°ree;F environments and in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, precipitation)
• Work at heights up to 30 ft.; access elevated items from a safety cage
• Stand for long periods, including up to 5 hours during an 8-hour shift (e.g., pallet rebuilding)
• Lift/transfer: up to 55 lbs. from floor to 80 inches; up to 70 lbs. to 50 inches; carry items 6 ft. without mechanical aid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
