Are you an experienced, driven sales professional looking to advance your career in tech?
Join iWorQ Technologies, a leading provider of cloud-based software for city and county governments, as an Internal Account Executive.

In this role, youll manage and grow relationships with existing iWorQ clients across a designated territories in North America. Youll help agencies discover new solutions within our software platform, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and close new opportunitiesall from our Logan, Utah office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship building, consultative selling, and helping customers find value in technology that improves their communities.


Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned territory of existing clients across North America
  • Make 5065 outbound calls daily to municipal government contacts
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and explain the value of new software features
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the sales and executive teams to strategize and close deals
  • Track all activity and pipeline details in Pipedrive CRM
  • Work onsite full-time in our Logan, Utah office (this is not a remote or travel-based position)


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls and managing multiple accounts
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by results and earning potential
  • Coachable and open to feedback with a strong desire to improve
  • Energetic, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using a CRM (preferred)
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience required

Compensation

  • Base pay + 25% uncapped commissions on closed sales
  • High earning potential for top performers
  • Paid training and ongoing professional development

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday | 7AM-4PM. No weekends and No holidays
