What Youll Do

• Lead and develop your crew to hit daily production goals and keep schedules tight.
• Handle everything from pre-construction to final punchplanning, sequencing, cost tracking, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate materials, subs, and equipment.
• Run clean, safe, efficient jobsites that meet LHC and OSHA standards.
• Mentor up-and-coming operators and laborers; help build the next generation of foremen.
• Step in to operate heavy equipment when neededeveryone on site pulls together.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years running a crew as a foreman.
• Experience managing people and projects, not just equipment.
• Strong knowledge of utility workwater, sewer, and storm drain systems.
• Ability to read plans, run pipe lasers, and keep grades right.
• Calm under pressure, organized, and direct in communication.
• OSHA and HAZWOPER training are a plus.

Pay & Benefits

Your hourly rate depends on experience, and many of our projects qualify for Davis-Bacon prevailing wage.
