Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to serve as a Receptionist/Office Admin. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company, providing excellent customer service to guide visitors, clients, and employees to meet needs or to the correct department. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent,
· 10 plus years experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role preferred
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Draft correspondences and other formal documents
· Plan and schedule appointments and events
· Greet and assist onsite guests
· Answer inbound telephone calls
· Develop and implement organized filing systems
· Perform all other office tasks
· Strong organization and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
