Centralized Material Planner - Now Hiring

Position Title: Centralized Material Planner – Finishing Supplies Location: Neenah, WI (Hybrid – onsite 2 days per week, typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays) Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension based on performance Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. Proven ability to organize resources and evaluate alternatives to drive effective decisions. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships. Proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge processes and promote innovative solutions. Tech-savvy and comfortable working with data analytics. Strong attention to detail and thoroughness. Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: Execute material requirement plans to ensure availability of supplies and work-in-process materials that support production schedules. Maintain accurate planning information for finishing supplies in SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse, updating as needed for product or material changes. Manage finishing supply changes to support business plans while minimizing obsolescence. Coordinate finishing supply production with packaging and graphics timelines in collaboration with internal teams. Work directly with vendors to align schedules, establish priorities, and prevent supply constraints. Ensure vendor capacity supports business plans and customer requirements. Assist in executing and completing special projects related to logistics and material planning.
