Role Overview

This is not a strategy or advisory role.

We are looking for a hands-on Content & Growth Operator who takes full ownership of our content, nurture, and organic growth engine — from raw assets to live campaigns across all channels.

Your role is to turn existing material into finished, live, high-quality output, keep every channel consistently filled, and ensure campaigns ship end-to-end without prompting, chasing, or dependency.

If you enjoy shipping work, running a production line, and being accountable for outcomes — this role will suit you.
If you prefer ideation, decks, or coordination-heavy work — it won’t.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Campaign Execution

  • Build, finalise, test, and launch complete nurture sequences (email + SMS)
  • Embed copy, video, testimonials, and visuals into live funnels
  • Ensure campaigns run independently once launched

Content Production & Repurposing

  • Edit long-form video into short-form content
  • Subtitle, format, title, and optimise content per platform
  • Repurpose YouTube → Shorts → Social → Nurture

Organic Content Engine

  • Create and maintain a forward-looking organic content calendar
  • Schedule content consistently across all social channels
  • Ensure there are no empty weeks or dormant channels

YouTube Ownership

  • Upload and organise long-form content
  • Create, title, subtitle, and schedule Shorts
  • Ensure YouTube actively feeds the wider content ecosystem

Quality & Delivery Ownership

  • Elevate existing assets (copy, visuals, video) to a polished, professional standard
  • Ensure everything that goes live feels cohesive and intentional
  • Maintain clear visibility of what’s live, what’s scheduled, and what’s next

What You’ll Have Access To

You will not be starting from scratch.

You’ll have access to:

  • Existing video footage (founder, recruitment, service, partner)
  • Draft nurture sequences and copy
  • Brand messaging, testimonials, and visuals
  • Website content and prior campaign materials
  • GoHighLevel, YouTube, and social platforms

Your role is to turn what exists into a fully operational, always-on content machine.

What Success Looks Like

On a weekly basis:

  • Content is live without prompting
  • Content is scheduled ahead
  • Campaigns are complete, not “in progress”
  • Channels are filled and active

We should never need to ask:
“What’s going out this week?”

Trial & Progression

All candidates start with:

  • 14-day paid execution trial (£750)

The Role

Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

As our Content Creator & Social Media Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of how MJP presents itself online.

This is not a “post when asked” role. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and delivering complete content campaigns across our digital platforms — from concept through to execution and optimisation.

You’ll work closely with leadership to create content that recruits, converts, and builds trust, supporting key business initiatives including:

  • Partner and directly employed engineer recruitment
  • VIP Consultation service promotion
  • Core service campaigns (EICRs, consumer units, EV installations, rewires, fault finding)
  • Community stories and brand awareness
  • Our transition into the TradeStarz multi-trade national model

You’ll have genuine creative freedom — with clear accountability for delivery, consistency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Delivery

  • Plan, produce, and publish high-quality video, photo, and graphic content across:
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • Facebook
    • LinkedIn
    • YouTube
  • Own the end-to-end content process: concept → filming → editing → posting → optimisation
  • Create high-performing short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), story sequences, and paid social ads
  • Package content into complete campaigns, not one-off posts

Strategy & Campaign Alignment

  • Manage a structured content calendar aligned with recruitment, service, and brand campaigns
  • Support recruitment campaigns with story-driven, partner-focused content
  • Develop premium content for our VIP Consultation and higher-value services
  • Ensure all content supports wider marketing, sales, and business objectives

Engagement & Performance

  • Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build authentic engagement
  • Track analytics and performance to guide content decisions
  • Continuously refine content based on what performs and converts

Brand & Growth

  • Maintain strong brand consistency across all digital platforms
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, and best practices
  • Proactively bring ideas, formats, and creative direction
  • Work closely with leadership as the brand evolves into TradeStarz
