Compensation& Benefits:

KeyResponsibilities:

• Deliverpatient-centered care with a focus on preventative health and chronic diseasemanagement.
• Workcollaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support the health andwellness of your patients.

Requirements:

• Medicaldegree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certifiedor board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligiblefor licensure in the state of Connecticut.
• DEAlicense or eligibility for registration.
• Strongclinical skills and a commitment to compassionate care.
• Experiencein primary care, is highly valued.
