This regional medical center is a prominent healthcare provider on Maryland's Eastern Shore, featuring advanced medical services and a Level 3 trauma center. The facility provides comprehensive care with 24-hour availability of essential support services including anesthesia, cardio-thoracic surgery, catheterization lab, and neurosurgery.

Job Details:
• Full-time nocturnist position working 7 on/7 off schedule (two weeks per month) • Coverage needed starting by December 30, 2025 (partial coverage not accepted) • Typical shift hours are 7p-7a (sometimes 3p-3a as needed) • Responsibilities include covering floors and admissions as scheduled • Work as part of an overnight team consisting of 2 providers on floors and 1 dedicated to ED • Must be able to run codes (no procedures required - closed ICU) • Preferred skills include inpatient care with ICU, non-invasive ventilation management, and ventilation management (acute and chronic) • Additional preferred skills: intubation, chest tube placement, arterial line placement, PA catheter placement, PICC line placement, EKG interpretation, cardiac stress test, and echocardiogram • Active Maryland medical license required (IMLC not accepted) • Must be board certified with ACLS and BLS certifications • Estimated credentialing timeframe of approximately 60 days

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
