We’re looking for dependable, hardworking, safety-minded laborers to join our team. What You’ll Do

• Keep the plant clean, safe, and running smoothly.
• Operate and maintain equipment like forklifts, skid loaders, vacuum trucks, manlifts, payloaders, bulldozers, and power sweepers.
• Perform daily equipment safety checks.
• Work in all weather conditions—heat, cold, dust, and everything in between.
• Take on physically active work—lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in demo, construction, hardscaping, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive work.

• Ability to work independently with little supervision
