Established (25+ years) Premier Firm Seeking Experienced Associate Attorney in Syracuse, Rochester, or Binghamton, NY
An established full-service firm with over 25 years in practice is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney to join their team in Syracuse, Rochester or Binghamton, NY. The firm represents private and public sector employers exclusively a in labor and employment law, . Firm is open to both junior and senior-level attorneys with experience.
Offer:
Salary range: $130,000-$170,000+ annually, commensurate with experience

1700 annual billable hours requirement

Qualifications:
Experience as a practicing attorney in Labor and Employment Law
Strong transactional or litigation skills
Admission to practice law in New York State
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site in Syracuse, NY, and travel to meet clients as needed
Responsibilities:
Represent private and public sector employers in labor and employment matters
Provide counsel on employment and labor issues, compliance, contracts, and risk management
Handle client meetings, hearings, and litigation as assigned
Draft contracts, policies, legal memoranda, and pleadings
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to deliver high-quality client service
