American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week LTC/SNF evening shift assignment in Minnesota, requiring an active MN RN license and at least 2 years of experience.
Details- Long-term care / skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 43 beds across 2 floors
- Patient population is primarily dementia residents
- Evening shift, 8-hour shifts (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM), with flexibility for 12-hour shifts
- Patient ratios vary by floor
- EMR: MatrixCare / Matrix, supplemented by paper flowsheets
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday required
- No on-call or call-back responsibilities
- Active Minnesota (MN) RN license required — pending licensure will not be accepted
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required — no exceptions
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked — both must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Post-acute care environment focused on dementia patient management
- Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and are eligible at a different rate
- 13-week contract (approximately 3 months)
