Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dalton, GA for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee project execution from start to finish while ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with various crews, managing project timelines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager will also handle logistics, perform inspections, and expedite materials and resources as needed to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned projects, including estimating, scheduling, procurement, and field execution.
• Oversee design review, submittals, and coordination of engineering documents with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage budgets, change orders, and project forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with field supervisors, foremen, and safety personnel to maintain productivity and quality.
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Support the development of construction drawings, equipment layouts, and fabrication details when required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and close-out packages.
• Promote company safety policies and maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in Construction or Manufacturing industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Dalton, GA
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
