Job Duration: 26 weeks

Coverage Requirements:

\n

• Scheduled clinical coverage plus home call
\n
• Rotating schedule consisting of:\n
  \n
  • Four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), or
  \n
  • Five 8-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
  \n
\n

Call Requirements:

\n

\n
• Home call coverage is required
\n
• Average call frequency is approximately once per week
\n
• Weekday call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
\n
• Weekend call: 24-hour coverage
\n
• Required callback response time: 30–45 minutes
\n
• Post-call providers are typically off the following day and are always first out
\n

Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification – Required
\n
• Active South Carolina License – Required
\n
• BLS Certification – Required
\n
• ACLS Certification – Required

• DEA Registration – Required

• South Carolina Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) – Required
\n
• Minimum one year of CRNA experience – Required
\n
• Demonstrated anesthesia experience – Required

• Vaccinations required
