\n\nOpportunity:
\nPhysical Therapist - Physical Therapy
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 8-10 hour flexible day shifts
\n• 40 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract
\n• No weekend or holiday requirements
\n• Serve 8-10 patients focusing on orthopedic outpatient care
\n• Pediatric and workers' compensation experience is a plus
\n• Must reside within 50 miles of facility (radius rule)
\n• Can be low censused and placed on call with 2-hour minimum call back
\n• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
\n• Business casual attire required
\n• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and WI PT license
\n• NPI number required (must begin application process if not already obtained)
\n• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
\n• General PT/orthopedic skills required; new graduates welcome
\n• Epic charting experience preferred
\n• Must be hard-working, resilient, and able to manage change well
\n• Ability to work independently and complete tasks in timely manner required
\n• During flu season, unvaccinated staff must wear masks at all times per facility policy
