Run sponsor-side transactions end-to-end. Draft, negotiate, and lead core workstreams across buyouts, add-ons, minority/growth investments, venture rounds, recapitalizations, exits, and executive equity.

BigLaw salary PLUS get a full end of year bonus + signing bonus if you start before the end of the year.

What you’ll do:

• Run PE/M&A workstreams with direct client contact.
• Draft/negotiate SPAs, merger and rollover docs, equity and incentive plans, key ancillaries.
• Own diligence, closings, and counterparty/advisor coordination.
• Mentor juniors; regular partner exposure.

What you bring:

• 3+ years at a leading firm in PE/M&A or growth/VC.
• Proven independent ownership within a team.
• Strong business judgment and crisp writing/speaking.
• CA bar or eligibility (next exam/waiver).
