Surgical Tech – Job Requirements\n

- Hours: 40 hours/week \n
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts \n
- Start/End Times: Negotiable during interview \n
- Call: Approximately every 5th weekend + 1–2 call shifts per week \n
- Call Response: Must be able to arrive onsite within 30 minutes \n
- Holiday Call: May be required depending on staffing and patient census \n
- RTO: Minimal RTO preferred \n

- Highly skilled and experienced Surgical Tech \n
- Broad, current experience with:\n
- \n
- Orthopedics \n
- Neuro \n
- Vascular \n
- Other varied surgical cases \n
\n - Strong critical-thinking skills \n
- Strong knowledge of central processing and surgical instrumentation \n
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program \n
- BLS required \n
- CST preferred, but not required \n
