Sterile Processing Tech I / II / III & Endoscopy Tech Opportunities
 

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• Rotating weekends and holidays

Compensation & Perks:

• $8,500 sign-on bonus after conversion for eligible openings

• Exposure to advanced surgical instrumentation and specialty procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Operate sterilization equipment including steam sterilizers, STERRAD systems, washers, and disinfectors
• Prepare instrument trays and case carts according to surgical schedules
• Maintain infection prevention and AAMI compliance standards
• Collaborate closely with OR staff, procedural teams, and leadership
• Support inventory management and workflow efficiency within SPD

Endoscopy Tech Requirements:

• Flexible scope/endoscope processing experience strongly preferred
• CER certification preferred
• Candidates without CER may still be considered if they have strong scope processing experience and are willing to obtain CER certification within 1 year

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1-2+ years of Sterile Processing experience preferred depending on level
• CRCST or CSPDT certification preferred/required based on level
• Strong acute care hospital experience preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Trauma center or academic medical center background
• Advanced instrumentation experience
• Da Vinci robotic instrumentation
• Sterrad systems
• Endoscope/flexible scope reprocessing
