American Traveler is hiring an experienced NICU RN for a Level 3/4 NICU position in Worcester, MA, requiring a current MA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
Details- Position is in a hospital NICU setting
- Level 3 or 4 NICU patient population
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Active MA RN license required; temp licenses not accepted
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 3 or 4 NICU
- Current NRP certification required
- Epic EMR experience required
- 2 professional references required for consideration, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or higher
- Candidate must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
- A pass/fail medication exam is administered during in-person orientation with only one attempt allowed; failure results in immediate contract cancellation — study materials will be provided
- A pass/fail EKG test is also required as part of orientation
- Candidates with prior disciplinary actions on their nursing license are not eligible for this position
