About the RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to play a key role in our firm’s ongoing ERP migration to Aderant Expert Sierra. In this role, you’ll lead integrations, drive full lifecycle development, and deliver business-critical applications that enhance operations across the firm.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
What You’ll Do- Lead development and integration efforts as part of the firm’s ERP modernization initiative
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design and deliver full-stack solutions
- Build, test, and deploy features across .NET, Azure, and SQL environments
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, automated workflows, and DevOps pipelines
- Provide production support for existing applications and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor junior and offshore team members, guiding best practices and code quality
- Languages & Frameworks: .NET, C#, REST APIs, PowerShell, SQL
- Cloud: Azure (Function App, App Service, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, AppInsights, Monitoring/Alerts)
- DevOps: Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines, ARM Template Deployment
- Workflow: Apache Airflow
- Methodology: Agile Development Process
- ERP/SaaS: Experience integrating with enterprise SaaS or ERP platforms
- Data: Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and data architecture principles (ETL, Medallion Architecture preferred)
- Experience with Aderant Expert Sierra or other legal-industry software
- Understanding of security and operational best practices in cloud development
- Experience building reporting templates or dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of progressive software development experience
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior or offshore developers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical partners
- Team Size: 5 developers total (including 2 offshore direct reports in India)
- Work Style: Collaborative, Agile, and cross-functional
- Schedule: Primarily U.S. business hours, with occasional offshore coordination
