Nanny Needed for Two Kids with Special Needs, Flexible Schedule Available - Full-time / Part-time

This is a mother's helper position. I am a single mom with two kids with autism and intellectual disability and behavioral struggles. My kids need a lot of supervision and redirection/modeling and require two adults. My younger daughter is 12 but like a 4 year old in many ways and needs constant supervision for safety. My 14 year old is more independent but can become dysregulated periodically and has significant ADHD. She gets annoyed with her sister which will often trigger her sister, who was traumatized in foster care, to escalate and the kids need to be separated, each with an adult. They are very sweet and loving. We have two very friendly dogs as well!
