Outside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative with a
strong interest or background in roofing to join our team on a commission-only basis.
This role focuses on generating and producing roofing leads through storm events, new
business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping property owners
through the restoration process following water, fire, mold, or storm damage ON YOUR
OWN TIME!
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential clients, with a focus on roofing repair and
replacement
Conduct in-home or on-site inspections to assess damage and explain services
Educate customers on the repair or replacement process, timelines, and benefits
of working with our company
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication
and service
Collaborate with the rebuild and project management teams to ensure customer
satisfaction
Sell and produce roofing leads by canvassing neighborhoods, networking, and
leveraging marketing strategies
Qualifications:
Prior sales experience (roofing, restoration, construction, or home services
preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a flexible schedule
Comfort working in a commission-only environment with high earning potential
Compensation:
100% commission-based
Earning potential of up to $200,000+
Unlimited earning potential with performance-based incentives

Required Education And Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of related experience
Preferred Education And Experience
Two or more years experience in B2B sales and/or account management
IICRC certifications in Water, Fire and Mold restoration
