Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for night shifts with ARRT certification and at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a diagnostic imaging setting using ionizing radiation equipment
- Night shift schedule from 10:30pm to 7:00am, primarily Sunday through Thursday
- Role includes occasional weekend and on-call rotation
- Patient care involves addressing age-specific requirements
- Responsibilities include performing diagnostic procedures and ensuring appropriate radiation protection
- Must be familiar with radiographic exposure and specialized imaging techniques
- Exposure to communicable diseases may occur
- Team members are expected to address patients' individual age-related needs
- Local candidates are accepted
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiology program
- Current ARRT certification required
- Valid BLS/BCLS certification required
- Active Illinois Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- CT experience preferred
