Pittsburgh area professional services group is in need of a Receptionist/Office Assistant.


Duties to include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all visiting the office
  • Direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Clears messages each morning and delivers to appropriate employees
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all visiting the office
  • Direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Clears messages each morning and delivers to appropriate employees
  • Ensure compliance with office access policies
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare basic correspondence and data entry
  • Maintain office supply levels for shared areas coordinating restocking as needed
  • Provide back-up support to administrative and operations teams as needed
  • Additional general clerical duties to include scanning, filing, and recordkeeping


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related reception, front desk, or administrative support experience
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills, basic Excellent
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-driven nature with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
