Senior Warehouse Clerk

We’re seeking an experienced Forklift and Pallet Jack Operator to serve as a lead-level resource on the floor. This individual will not be responsible for coaching, discipline, or formal corrective action, but will act as a go-to person to support daily operations, help maintain workflow efficiency, and assist team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for team members with questions or operational challenges.
• Support new or less-experienced operators by demonstrating best practices and safe handling techniques.
• Help coordinate daily workflow to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
• Monitor inventory movement and communicate with supervisors on any delays or issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse flow and material handling procedures.
• Leadership presence with the ability to guide peers and promote teamwork.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current forklift certification (preferred).
