Trust Operations Analyst
Location: Green Bay, WI (On-site at Associated Center – 433 Main Street)
Contract: 6 months (can be extended)
Compensation: $25
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Security Operations Specialist to join our financial operations team in Green Bay, WI. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in trust, investments, brokerage, or financial services operations who are looking to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As a Security Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding client assets, ensuring accurate fund valuations, and managing critical back-office processes that directly support fiduciary and investment operations. You’ll gain valuable cross-training and professional growth opportunities across the broader financial services organization.
Key Responsibilities
Calculate and validate daily Net Asset Values (NAVs) for collective and unitized funds to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Monitor and process corporate actions, including reorganizations, tender offers, and calls, ensuring compliance and prompt execution.
Submit, reconcile, and verify corporate action instructions and proceeds, maintaining compliance with tax reporting requirements.
Process and monitor domestic and international wire transfers, including currency conversions as needed.
Reconcile and update held-away account transactions to maintain portfolio accuracy and compliance.
Research and process class action filings and settlements on behalf of client accounts.
Provide mutual fund operational support, monitoring purchases, sales, and maintenance changes.
Cross-train across key operational functions to provide team coverage and ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience in trust, investments, finance, or accounting.
Minimum 2 years of financial services operations experience (trust, brokerage, or investment services preferred).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with financial systems or ERP platforms.
