Our established maintenance service company is expanding in the Permian Basin area. Our company is seeking a candidate to become an Assistant Branch Manager. This position will manage multiple departments. This includes admin, operations, repairs and service of heavy equipment and vehicles used primarily in oil and gas operations.

Advancement and earning potential are commensurate with experience and performance.

  • Duties will include managing multiple departments of the branch, including administration, internal operations, and field operations.
  • Work time is divided between office work and field visits
  • Great time management skills are essential.
  • Candidates must be able to handle a demanding workload.
  • Prior mechanical experience is preferred
  • Experience with scheduling, tracking, and managing mobile service mechanics is preferred
  • Prior experience managing mechanic shop operations is required
  • All applicants must have a professional appearance, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly both written and orally
  • A stable work history is required
  • Experience with SAP software is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs required
  • 5+ years prior management experience required
  • Monday - Friday schedule
