People & Performance Lead

COMPANY NAME: Oliver James Associates LLC POSITION TITLE: People & Performance Lead POSITION DUTIES: Oversee the growth and development of all employees. Analyze, create, and deliver learning and development initiatives. Prepare and deliver core education programs from new starter fundamentals to advanced sales management and leadership best practice. Identify, research, and implement new complex sales models within the business to ensure sustained growth. Monitor employee engagement levels and development pathways to ensure maximum retention of staff. Advise senior stakeholders on opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability across sales operations. Log employee development and provide advice on talent pipelining and promotion decisions. Act as a senior advisor to the business on growth potential and internal capabilities. Oversee the creation and implementation of internal and external Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Deliver training and upskilling to employees on internal systems. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field plus two years of full-time experience in occupations involving technical recruiting, learning and development, executive coaching or related occupations. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Experience to include 2 years in each of the following: Technical recruiting, including managing sourcing, interview, and negotiation processes for candidates within the European market; Building and managing a team working with an international client base, including responsibility over performance management activities; Utilizing Customer Relationship Management systems RDB or Salesforce for lead and pipeline management, job posting and sourcing, and managing candidate details; Analyzing data and providing recommendations to senior leadership on maximizing revenue and increasing profitability of sales operations, utilizing Power BI; and Delivering training on essential systems and processes, including custom built CRM systems, LinkedIn, Broadbean, business development, interview management, and candidate generation.
