  • GSA & Regulatory Compliance: Actively manage project documentation and processes to meet stringent government contracting (GSA) and regulatory requirements.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary, polished point of contact, orchestrating communication between clients, vendors, designers, and internal teams throughout the project.

  • Strategic Procurement: Oversee the entire procurement cycle, from refining product specifications and generating accurate quotes to placing orders and coordinating complex delivery schedules with our operations team and strategic partners.

  • Installation Management: Coordinate installation logistics, manage site readiness, and rapidly resolve all post-installation issues and punch list items.

  • Documentation & Control: Meticulously maintain all project documentation, including master drawings, contracts, schedules, change orders, and close-out packages.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure all project phases are aligned and objectives are met.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications & Experience

  • Required Experience: 3+ years of progressive project management experience within the contract furniture, commercial interiors, or architecture/design industry preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Business, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Program Management Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in program management skills.

    • Exceptional Organization: Superior ability to manage complex schedules, competing deadlines, and detailed documentation.

    • Communication & Negotiation: Outstanding ability to coordinate internal teams, negotiate with vendors, and manage high-level client expectations.

    • Analytical Problem-Solving: Proven track record of quickly identifying, analyzing, and resolving critical project issues (e.g., product delays, site challenges).

  • Bonus Points: Direct experience with furniture manufacturing processes or managing GSA/Government contracts is a significant advantage.

What We Offer

  • Impactful Role: The chance to make a direct impact on our largest government and corporate projects.

  • Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary paired with performance-based bonuses.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) plan with company matching.

  • Growth Culture: Generous PTO, paid holidays, and robust career development and training opportunities.
