We are seeking a highly dedicated and detail-oriented Project Management Specialist to join our team. This critical role involves end-to-end oversight of complex furniture projects, with a special focus on government contracts (GSA) and strict regulatory compliance. You'll be the central driver ensuring projects move from concept to installation seamlessly and successfully.
What You Will Drive: Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution: Own the full project lifecycle, managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
GSA & Regulatory Compliance: Actively manage project documentation and processes to meet stringent government contracting (GSA) and regulatory requirements.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary, polished point of contact, orchestrating communication between clients, vendors, designers, and internal teams throughout the project.
Strategic Procurement: Oversee the entire procurement cycle, from refining product specifications and generating accurate quotes to placing orders and coordinating complex delivery schedules with our operations team and strategic partners.
Installation Management: Coordinate installation logistics, manage site readiness, and rapidly resolve all post-installation issues and punch list items.
Documentation & Control: Meticulously maintain all project documentation, including master drawings, contracts, schedules, change orders, and close-out packages.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure all project phases are aligned and objectives are met.
What You Will Bring: Qualifications & Experience
Required Experience: 3+ years of progressive project management experience within the contract furniture, commercial interiors, or architecture/design industry preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Business, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.

Program Management Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in program management skills.
Exceptional Organization: Superior ability to manage complex schedules, competing deadlines, and detailed documentation.
Communication & Negotiation: Outstanding ability to coordinate internal teams, negotiate with vendors, and manage high-level client expectations.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Proven track record of quickly identifying, analyzing, and resolving critical project issues (e.g., product delays, site challenges).
Bonus Points: Direct experience with furniture manufacturing processes or managing GSA/Government contracts is a significant advantage.
