Assembler - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in custom retail fixtures and store environment solutions, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly of retail displays, decor, and millwork. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Turtle Lake, WI

Shift: 1st shift Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Assemble custom retail fixtures, displays, decor, and millwork for physical store environments
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure quality standards
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
