RN - Director Wellness & Assisted Living

Awarded "Best Senior Living, 2024 & 2025" by U.S. News & World Report, Las Ventanas at Summerlin, a HumanGood community highly regarded for its quality of care in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care, is seeking an experienced Director, Wellness and Assisted Living. 

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to join our team as the Director of Wellness. This key role not only oversees the day-to-day operations of our Assisted Living program but also provide clinical leadership and strategic direction for wellness initiatives across the continuum of care- Including Independent Living and emerging home care services that support aging in place.

The Director of Wellness and Assisted Living is responsible for identifying and responding to the evolving needs of residents in Assisted Living and Memory Support, working in close partnership with the Wellness Department, Health Center, and Resident Review Committee. This leader ensures high standards of clinical care, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers strong administrative leadership to a dedicated team of care professionals.

• Leading and managing the Assisted Living and Memory Support programs with a focus on resident-centered care and compliance.
• Partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to support wellness efforts across all levels of care, including Independent Living.
• Exploring and contributing to the development of expanded supportive services that enhance the community’s continuum of care.
• Ensuring quality standards are met through effective team leadership, training, and oversight.
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure personalized, holistic care.
• Actively participating in Resident Review Committee and coordinating follow-up and assessment activities related to psycho-social needs of residents in Assisted Living levels of care.
• Overseeing compliance with all Residential facility for groups regulations and resident activities and programming to assure that resident needs as well as regulatory requirements are being met.
• Coordinating and supervising the Residential Plus Program.
• Ensuring appropriate coordination of resident moves between levels of care.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $119,000 Depending on Experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• At least 5 years prior related experience, 2 of which is in long term nursing or acute care and includes at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Licensed Registered Nurse preferred
• LVN, LPN in NV required 
• RESIDENTIAL FACILITY ADMINISTRATOR (RFA)
• Current CPR certified
• Valid Drivers’ License
