Accounts Receivable Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Handle the day-to-day operations for our residential properties and our residents

· Process resident payments and maintain resident accounts

· Professionally interact with residents and other staff

· Process miscellaneous payments

· Complete needed daily & monthly reports

· Perform various other account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner

· Perform other accounting duties and special projects as needed
