Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with onboarding processes and ensure they understand the functionalities of the new online payment platform.
• Identify and resolve client issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Educate clients on best practices for using the payment platform to optimize their experience.
• Document client interactions and provide feedback to improve service offerings and client experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials and support resources for clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in customer care, client support, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software solutions.
